Returns Policy

Suite 7 Beauty accepts returns of new, unused, untested items ONLY. In order for us to keep our prices and shipping as low as possible, as well as bring you the best possible beauty lines all in one convenient place, we are absolutely not able to accept returns on used product. We do not allow the return of any lipgloss, mascara or product that is sold unsealed. All product returns must be sent back to Suite 7 Beauty post marked no later than 10 days from shipment date of your order to you. International buyers, we regret that purchases from Suite 7 Beauty are not eligible for return due to shipment times. Shipping is non refundable.

Suite 7 Beauty accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal and for larger orders we accept and may require wire transfer. For those of you that do not wish to use a credit card on our site and do not have a Paypal account, the Visa/Mc/Amex logo gift cards are a great solution. We accept them here!

Once your order is complete, we can generally ship it within 24 hours. Sometimes even faster! Our apologies that during the winter holidays and special sale events, it can take a little longer. Shipping rates are available upon checkout. Suite 7 Beauty use USPS and Fed Ex as our major carriers. Insurance against loss, damage and rifling is included in all shipping rates within the U.S. See below for insurance claim information. Delivery times will vary by location and method of shipping you select. Some orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery. For more information on this, please contact us. All orders containing fragrances, nail enamels, or pressurized packaging are restricted to Fed Ex Ground Service only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Suite 7 Beauty ships worldwide! Again, we are blazing fast at getting your orders on their way to you. Excluding US holidays and weekends, All Cosmetics Wholesale ships daily! Once your order is complete, we can generally ship it within 24 hours. Sometimes even faster! Our apologies that during the winter holidays and special sale events, it can take a little longer.

Our shipping rates are based on weight, not total value of purchase. Therefore you will need to go through the checkout process to get your shipping fee. All shipping rates are given PRIOR to paying. We highly recommend Fed Ex Service to all international destinations as delivery times will be cut in half using this method. Express mail service and Fed Ex Service will provide complete tracking to your door. First Class and Priority USPS service is available to only a select group of countries due to the safety of these forms of shipping. First Class international mail and Priority international mail have NO TRACKING services. Insurance is available FED EX Service only. If you wish to have your parcel insured,you must select FED EX Service AND select insurance option. If insurance is not purchased, international parcels are NOT covered for loss or damage of any kind.

Please understand purchasing from our site and using the Express methods and waving insurance is a risk you take as a buyer. If you choose to take this risk of not insuring your parcel and it becomes lost or damaged, there is nothing we can do to recover your funds or order. Purchasing from our site is an agreement to this term. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AND ALLOW US TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR...NO INTERNATIONAL PARCELS ARE INSURED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE UNLESS YOU SELECT INSURANCE AND FED EX SERVICE!!!!

We apologize that we are not able to ship fragrances, nail enamels or pressurized pack products internationally due to DOT air transportation restrictions on these items.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL US BUYERS:

To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you must email us all information including order number within 15 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 30 days from date of shipment. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time. We may require additional information from you to accept your claim including photographic evidence of damage in shipping.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you MUST HAVE PURCHASED FED EX SERVICE AND REQUESTED INSURANCE COVERAGE. NO OTHER METHOD CAN BE CLAIMED. You must email us all information including order number within 20 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is up to 90 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.

Delivery Times

Suite 7 Beauty operates M-T 8-5 PT (excluding US holidays). We process orders these same business hours. Orders received Thursday will process that day or the following Monday . Orders received Friday-Sunday will process the following Monday or Tuesday.

USA:
USPS First Class Mail 3-7 days.
USPS Priority Mail 2-4 days.
Fed Ex Ground 5-10 days

International:

Delivery times are impossible to calculate due to customs involvement. Most European countries will be approximately 2-3 weeks with any USPS service. Most countries in Asia will run 3-6 weeks with any USPS service. Shipments to South America take 6-12 weeks with any USPS service (we recommend only Fed Ex Service to South America). Shipments to Canada take 3-5 weeks with any USPS service. Shipments to Australia take 4-8 weeks with any USPS service. Shipments to France, Spain and Italy take 3-8 weeks for delivery (we recommend only Fed Ex Service to France, Spain and Italy).

Fed Ex Service is the best option to all international destinations as the shipping time for most countries with Fed Ex is under 2 weeks. Many countries delivery times with Fed Ex are only a 5-7 days.

Hazardous Materials

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we require Fed Ex Ground shipping. These items can not be shipped outside the US or to Alaska and Hawaii.
